Most senior adults (those from age 60 onwards) would have by this age, come to terms with the changed lifestyles. Family, social gatherings, meaningful activities like volunteering work, and leisure activities like travel, become the focus of life as a retiree.
As seniors, you may no longer face work stress or worries about your businesses, but you have other concerns like lower energy levels and deteriorating health conditions, and whether or not you have enough money to live comfortably throughout your golden years.
Common issues faced by retirees include coping with inflation, i.e. increasing costs of living, growing medical expenses, and dealing with advancements in technology which can often create misery and frustration.
Some may have difficulties communicating with their children about their financial worries, fearing that they will become a burden to their offspring and their families. Others may face regrets about how they could have done better financially, or cultivated healthier family values that encouraged their children to be in harmony with each other and be responsible enough to take care of their aged parents.
